Pay a huge sum of money into your dormant account  

Many people make the error of depositing funds into a dormant account prior to applying for their UK student visa. Your current or savings account is considered dormant or inactive if there have been no transactions in it for a full year. Therefore, it is useless to rush to pay in money to demonstrate that you have a sizable sum of money to pay for an education sponsor.  This may show that you’re not trustworthy. 

Some individuals may only have a small sum of money, but they can still get a stamp of approval in their passports. Even though you need the requested amount, the history of financial transactions on that account matters more than the amount of money in it.

If you end up spending excessive amounts of money all at once on that account, you could experience a visa denial.

Forge documents

You shouldn’t take forged documents to the British embassy even if you have someone willing to prepare them for your study abroad program. Save yourself money and time by submitting only valid documents.

You can get both a visa denial and be banned from entering the United Kingdom for a couple of years.

Avoid soliciting strangers outside the embassy who offer to help you get interview dates or other favours because they might end up extorting money from you instead of helping you save money.

Forget your medicals

When applying for a UK student visa, don’t forget to include your medical records. The United Kingdom has made its medical tests required since COVID-19 emerged. TB testing is required, and you must submit the results when applying for a visa. 

The various tests that must be completed before you leave the country can only be done at the designated medical facilities.
